The Challenge

 

OptiLink, a community-driven utility provider, set out to launch two groundbreaking services that would transform the way Dalton, Georgia connects and consumes content:

 

VidLink®, a revolutionary cloud-based video entertainment platform, and

GIGLink, a blazing-fast fiber internet service with speeds up to 1 Gbps.

The challenge? Create two connected brands, launch them simultaneously, and deliver a customer experience that matched the innovation behind the technology.

VidLink®: Video Reimagined

 

We created the VidLink name, brand identity, and launch campaign centered around the tagline “Video Reimagined.” Designed for flexibility and ease, VidLink gave users control and convenience:

 

  • Stream from Apple TV®, Fire TV®, and Android TV®
  • Watch what you missed with replay—even if you didn’t record it
  • Customize your experience with personal avatars
  • Ditch the bulky set-top boxes (and their fees)
  • GIGLink: Redefining Fast

 

Alongside VidLink, we developed the GIGLink brand to spotlight OptiLink’s next-level internet service. With the tagline “Redefining Fast,” we positioned GIGLink as a powerful enabler of modern life—fueling streaming, remote work, gaming, and more with reliable, ultra-fast fiber.
